Absolutely! We offer free nationwide shipping across Pakistan — no minimum order required.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 5 working days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location and stock availability.

4. How do I confirm my order?

Once you place an order, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your details before dispatch.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

We only offer exchanges for damaged items. Refunds are not available.
 To claim an exchange, you must:

       Share a complete unboxing video (starting before seal break)

       Contact us within 24 hours

6. What should my unboxing video include?

To qualify for a replacement, your unboxing video must:

       Start before breaking the seal

       Show the entire unboxing in one unedited video

       Clearly highlight the damage

7. Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide, including major cities and remote areas. Delivery to remote locations may take a little longer.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. For updates, you can also reach out to our support team.

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
